BEST: The hot bar at the deli is FANTASTIC!! One of the things I love the most about "The Pig!" Be sure to get the banana pudding too -- it's very good and has real bananas and vanilla wafers like all good nanner puddin does!
Love it. Managers are not friendly an the only friendly manager is Jason who greets customer and helps them.
I like the daily deli specials and can always find comfort food and almost homestyle cooking.
This Piggly Wiggly is always cognizant of long check out lines and open another quickly. I love shopping at this store in this small town. It seems that personal, agreeable service must be stressed to their employees. Good Job!!
BAD: Selection and the prices. It's one of the more expensive groceries. People go there for proximity and convenience, but you can even go to the nearby Dollar Store and find a few of the same items for cheaper. If you're doing big shopping, then go into Aiken or Lexington. But just know it's not the cheapest and they won't have specialty items or international cuisine. Get a discount card to help with the cost!
